WHO ARE JUSTIN & JENN?
Justin & Jenn are the founders and directors of Internal Leadership Experience (ILE) which offers various group programs, intensives, and individual coaching to serve your internal growth. They are based at Bethel Church.
Justin has been individually coaching people into deeper inner freedom for over two decades. He has invested thousands of hours mastering a skillset to serve people into lasting transformation from their unique inner world to their unique outer world. His approach is deeply spiritual and attunes to the whole person in front of him: body, soul and spirit.
Jenn has been leading people from a stage, in teams and individually for over two decades. She has invested thousands of hours into developing a masterful skill set in applying the power of the Gospel to places of inner powerlessness. Jenn serves people into reconciling every part of who they are into a deeper reality of their constant access to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

What people can expect at our ILE (Internal Leadership Experience) Marriage Intensive?
Your marriage will never grow past your own capacity to lead yourself well. The most challenging relationship you will ever have is you and you bring the most of you to your marriage. Marriage is the greatest gift to our internal growth as it serves as a mirror that reveals what we cannot see on our own. As married couples, the greatest message our life will ever preach is the one our marriage preaches. Creating a safe, healthy, intimate, free and loving connection with your spouse comes from addressing what is keeping you stuck from accessing the abundance of the Godhead within.
In this Intensive we will explore:
*The dynamics of co-dependence and how to make your spouse your target and not your source
*The power of validation and relational nutrients
*How to approach needs in an empowering way
*The goal of connection in boundary setting
*Interrupting relational cycles by owning your story
*The centrality of attachment love in a healthy marriage
